Lux Custom Homes started as a two-man trim crew in Spring Branch. After Ike, then Harvey, then Beryl, the work shifted toward rebuilding the homes our neighbors already loved — and that is still the core of what we do.
Today we run a small number of residential projects at a time, each with a dedicated project manager, so schedules hold and questions get answered the same day.

Show up
Crews start at 7:30 and the site is swept before they leave. You always know who is in your home.
Price it once
Line-item quotes with named allowances. Change orders are written and signed before a tool moves.
Build for the coast
Humidity, slab movement and hurricane loads are designed for, not discovered later.
